Legal Help Without Account Confusion

Legal help should reach a person who can see the account path, not a general inbox with no context.

Live Chat Open the chat bubble from Account > Help between 09:00 and 01:00 WIB. Ask for Legal support, share your username, and we will attach the chat transcript to your case record.
Email Records Send policy questions to [email protected] with your account ID, phone number and a clear subject line. We use email when you need a written reply about data, cookies or account changes.
Account Form Use Account > Legal Center > Submit Request when you can still log in. The form lets you pick data access, correction, cookie preference or payment record questions without mixing them.
DATA HANDLING

How We Treat Your Legal Records

Your Legal record is more than a checkbox; it connects account creation, login sessions, payment traces and support contact.

Account Data

We store the name, phone number, login email and account status you submit during account opening. If a detail looks wrong, go to Account > Legal Center and choose correction request.

Payment Trace

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS records are kept with timestamps, receipt codes and wallet references. These records help us answer Legal questions about account ownership, transaction matching and wallet history.

Cookie Control

Cookie choices sit under Menu > Preferences > Cookies on mobile web. Essential cookies keep login sessions working, while optional measurement cookies can be changed without changing your account status.

Device Security

Device records show browser type, IP range and recent session time. From Account > Security, you can remove an unknown session and then ask Legal support to check related access logs.

Retention Window

We keep Legal and wallet records while your account remains active and for a lawful period after closure. Retention depends on dispute handling, payment trace needs and local-law duties.

Change Request

Name, phone or email changes require a logged-in request plus identity matching. We may ask for a recent QRIS receipt or wallet reference when the change affects payment records.

Common Legal Questions About Your Account

We answer Legal questions in plain account language so you know which record, receipt or setting matters. If your question affects access, payment history or identity details, use the Legal Center first because it tags your request to the correct account. For urgent access issues, live chat can create a case code before email follow-up.

Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available only where local law permits. You should check your own position before opening an account, and you can ask our Legal support team how account rules apply.

You can ask for records linked to your profile, login history, cookie choices, support cases and payment traces. Submit the request from Account > Legal Center so we can match it to your username.

Log in, open Account > Legal Center > Correction Request, then enter the detail that needs changing. We may ask for identity matching and a recent DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS reference.

Yes, wallet receipts can support account ownership checks, payment matching and dispute handling. Keep the timestamp and receipt code visible when you contact us, because cropped screenshots can slow case handling.

We keep account and payment records while your account is active and for a lawful period after closure. The exact period depends on transaction matching, unresolved cases and local-law duties.

You can submit a deletion request through the Legal Center or by email. Some records may need to remain for lawful reasons, including payment trace checks, unresolved disputes or required account history.

Device checks help us confirm whether a login, setting change or payment action came from a known session. You can view recent sessions under Account > Security before sending a Legal request.
